HR Manager
工作地点：上海陆家嘴环球金融中心
In order to successfully expand our business in the Greater China region, we are looking to hire a HR manager located in Shanghai. The focus will be primarily on local HR advisor and support. Good HR experience in Greater China market or APAC market is a plus.
The key job responsibilities will be:
Responsible for the Bank's local HR Legal Requests including the day-to-day execution and handling of documents such as contracts, amendments as well as other employee related documentatio
Being responsible/'uper user' in the Bank's global HR system – being able to explain/demonstrate the system
Coordinating the Bank's Mobility setup including the administration of relocation assistANCe, tax compliANCe, VISA applications, work permits etc.
Overall support and development of ongoing procedures within Employee Relations and HR Operations, e.g. the Personnel Handbook as well as relevant policies as well as locally support both employees and manager
Responsible for coordination of the payroll and social benefit scheme, along with FinANCe and payroll vendor
Provide advice and support regarding employee enquirie
Coordinating and facilitating local recruitment processes in alignment with global policie
Securing accurate onboarding/off-boarding as well as notifying the relevant parties regards to changes etc. in accordANCe with the Bank's policies and procedure
Filing contract/relevant employee documentation in accordANCe with global ER guideline
Proven Business acumen, finANCial industry preferred
Knowledge of local statutory requirements and labor laws, including regulatory labor compliANCe laws and policie
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, including senior leaders.
Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver the final result or product
Work with senior HRs on talent acquisition plan and assess operational capabilities to ensure attainment of plan goals.
Reporting on relevant recruitment metrics to assess talent acquisition delivery capability and use information to identify trends and make ongoing process improvements aligned with business objective
Bachelor's degree (in HR management is preferred)
Around 5 years in Human Resources with strong recruitment background
Fluent in English and Chinese, Cantonese is a plu
IT competence including good Microsoft office & power-point skill
Ability to take ownership of set tasks & targets and manage HR project
Confident, articulate & ambitiou
Professional appearANCe & attitude with an outgoing personality
Ability to work as a team player and when necessary independently
